
Our menus are expertly created with a real passion for food by Head Chef, James Villiers. They serve up everything that’s great about British rustic cooking, infused with exciting twists from around the world, using the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced locally where possible.
Our superb wine menu is supplied by Berry Bros. & Rudd, Britain’s oldest wine and spirit merchant. In 2009 Berrys’ stole the show at the International Wine Challenge picking up the most coveted title of Wine Merchant of the Year.
Our real ales are provided by Arundel brewery, producers of the best quality ales, from their famous Sussex Gold to Pickled Mouse. Arundel Brewery was founded in 1992 and marked the rebirth of a tradition dating back more than 200 years. We also feature a guest ale chosen from the surrounding area.
