As the owners of a small child ourselves (Jack), we have made the George & Dragon Inn a family-friendly destination.

We are very excited that Mike Payne, a renowned international award-winning cartoonist and illustrator, has illustrated our new Children’s Menu together with some cartoons for children to take away to colour in at home.

These are truly something special from a man who has won the equivalent of an Oscar, called a 'Henry' for his artwork, and been nominated seven times for similar awards.

Our chefs have had fun in creating a tasty menu of homemade favourites that children will love.

ABOUT MIKE

Mike is one of the UK's leading and most respected experts in the world of commercial humour, greeting card design, books and gift concept development.

It is estimated that greetings cards featuring his creations have sold in excess of ten hundred million worldwide.

Mike has created many phenomena including the 'Tatty Teddy' character and has won awards around the world.
